I’m Paul and I am 35 years old. I created this blog and started blogging on September 23, 2007. I wanted to blog to help others and create a community. I didn’t know a thing about blogging when I started and I have learned a lot in the past few years, I would love to share that with you so I have started talking about that in my blog. I have my own business and I also want to help other Small Businesses who work on computers with customer experiences and why they sometimes do what they do. I want to be a transparent as possible, so on occasion I will talk about myself and what is going on in my life. I am just an average Joe who wants to make this blog something special for everyone who comes here.

I might not know everything about Windows but I have been around the Operating system for quite some time and know some great tips and tricks to help. I’ve got experience in Windows 98, 2000, XP, Vista, and Windows 7. Occasionally I will share tips and tricks on how to use Windows better, but I am just an honest blogger who wants to educate the readers with interesting facts and discussions on everyday happenings. You can trust that I will be passionate about the things that I blog about weather it be something from News to Product reviews. I want to build a relationship with my readers and I hope they will come back for more.
